Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority, Orders typically take  up to 7-10 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. 

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to SERENITY BY AKEMISUN due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the  customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. SERENITY BY AKEMISUN is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

SERENITY BY AKEMISUN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SERENITY BY AKEMISUN will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
